1997 F250 PSD Fuel tank drain

hey guys, im still pretty new to all this and i have a question on how to drain one of my fuel tanks. I bought the truck and the previous owner only filled up the rear tank for several months, so my front tank has been sitting almost empty for several months gathering water. i do need a new fuel tank selector valve, but i was wondering what the easiest way to drain the tank would be besides drilling a hole or dropping it out. thanks for the help!

How did it collect water? Cap off?

If not, just dump a bottle of dry gas in and fill it up. No worries

Sorry, missed the power stroke in sig

6 month empty is no worry. Since you have a diesel, just dump in some fuel conditioner meant to dissipate whiter. IIRC Power service 911 is one
