Oil pressure sender location?

Where is the oil pressure sender located on a 1986 F250 460?

Yup, standard location on Ford V8 engines it seems. My 335 series all had it there. It's a good spot considering the limited real estate on engines.

Location listed is correct. Here is a picture, with several things removed so you can see it. I outlined the sender in yellow and the riser off the block in red. Crawl up in there... you'll see it buried down there.

A lot of the 302's and 351w's had it down low on the driver's side front corner of the engine, near the oil filter and the fuel pump.

Thanks, didn't know that. I never really looked for it when I had my 302 powered F150 and Bronco. Not that the Bronco would have been correct.

All Windsor blocks, as far as I know.
335 and 385 series are the only ones I know of that have it in the rear upper portion of the block. Even the old FE series had down by the oil filter.
