Eastwood makes a great brake line flaring tool. It makes it easy to do.

There will be a hole in the back of the drum, about 5/8" diameter, I think on an angled boss that the cables goes through (just checked - 7 o'clock position when looking from the back).

You don't want an original master cylinder as they were single chamber, meaning both the front and rears fed from the same reservoir, so if you had a leak at one end, you would lose all brakes. On a dual chamber model, the front and rear are separate so that a leak will only cause you to lose brakes on one end.

Classic Haulers also has the complete kit, but the lowest price seems to be CPP on Ebay $225:

Looks like you would still need a proportioning valve and residual pressure valves too.

and Speedway for the disc kit $279:

Shipping to AK probably kills, but what do you do.

Thanks everyone for the inputs! I've been eyeing that Eastwood flaring tool, but man is it pricey....... I'll have to decide soon as I just ordered my kit today. Not too happy with the overall price, but when shipping is over $200 what can you do right Arctic Y Block? I got it from F 100 Central, who was bought out but still uses the same name. It's a complete kit with bearing/flexible lines for the front and the power break booster that will mount in with the included brackets for dummies like me. dmack; that booster on ebay looks nice, but did you notice the red lettering under shipping? trying to find someone to even ship a kit that weighs over 100lbs to AK is quite the feat. All in all I'm glad I'm getting it done, and I had them throw in the cables I need for the e-brake.

I see the large bolt you were talking about that is covering the hole that the cable goes into dmack. I'm missing all the inside hardware, but it'll buff out I'm sure. Does anyone have any photos of how the cables fit onto the pivot? I see those 2 extra pieces that I'm not sure if the rear cables go through or not. I bought the original cables and I hope I can rig them up to make them fit........ I'll write up some sort of tutorial after the install so folks in the future can learn from my mistakes. Thanks again guys!

Yes there is a reason wages are so high in Alaska. If the $7.00 price on a
loaf of bread don't give ya a heart skip than the price of shipping to here
will. What I don't understand Is I can buy in Anchorage almost 50% cheaper
than here in South East. And it's twice as far from Seattle. Triple that to
Fairbanks. 4 times to Nome. Gas almost $4.50 a gallon here. A full buck less in Anchorage.
Whats gas cost up in Fairbanks Bud? I hear it's like 7 or 8 bucks around Nome and Bethel.

Gas isn't so bad here. It's been around $4 a gallon for the last couple of years. Up and down here and there, and mostly down for the last 6 months or so. You'd think it would be darn near free since I can see the pipeline from my house though! We drink almond milk and it's about $7.50 a gallon. Not many almond trees up here I guess.....
