Gonna be a long day wet day... working tell 2, then off for my CDL physical. Then to my buddy's house to rebuild the front axle in his mud truck so he can race tomorrow. If it's raining we will have a tarp stretched out across us and the trucks.

X2 on the door locking. Sorry to hear about the truck. I had one broken into one time at college, well the toolbox at least. Just had a tarp and some bungee cords back there. Left everything in the cab, even though the window was down...

Thanks guys.

My truck and three other vehicles in a parking deck on campus. They got some hunting items (no guns) and the worst part is they got my keys which were stuffed in a side console. They left a bunch of more expensive stuff. Makes no sense. Didn't even take the change in the front. Rummaged through glove box and center console and left everything strewn about. Tore up my door lock on the outside. Pried it on a spot that is a known weakness on these vehicles.

They tore up the car beside me pretty good but apparently couldn't get inside. But just about tore the door handle off. And another guy had his soft top cut and then ripped open. They left an expensive bike attached to his vehicle.

The whole thing seemed very random down to the objects taken. If they had just taken my stuff I'd just be pissed. But since they got my keys too now I'm pissed and worried. Changing all the locks today when I get home. Ugh.

Larry, hope the weather holds out for yall. Supposed to be rainy here in Garner.

Yall have a good weekend.

Whats up fellers
Finally able to get a computer on line. We have all of our stuff at the house and have been staying here since this last Friday. Last big step is to see about getting my Snap On tool box out of the ground that it has sank into, and in to the shed.
I'm thinking that will be tomorrow's deal. I'm hoping after taking all of the drawers out that maybe, with more backs it can be lifted up, and rolled to the shed using some plywood on the ground.

Good luck with the tool box bob!

Man I'm eyeballing a 00 VN1500 classic (Vulcan 1500) part of me says show up at his house with cash, the other part says hold off a little bit and see if he still has it in a month or 2.

Well did you get the bike? If so it will eliminate the cost of travel to the monthly dinners. Works out good for James and I.
