Lokar throttle cable setup
Hey all,
For those of you using Lokar throttle cables, can I see pics of how your setup turned out? I want to use them on my 50 F3 with a 302 and AOD.
Thanks in advance,
Randy
As a side note, has anyone used a throttle pedal assembly out of a mid 70's pickup? The kind that bolts to the firewall.

I don't have any pics but I have thier through the floor pedal and hooked up to a Holley Stealth ram injection system and it was quite easy to install. I had to get longer srews to mount the pedal because of the thickness of the carpet. Be sure to get the proper snips for cutting the cable or you will have a mess.

Here are a couple of pics I found of my Lokar hook up. One is of the underside of the aftermarket gas pedal, and the other is of where the Lokar gas and C4 kickdown cables hook up to the carb on my 302. (Dirty dirty motor at the time, shame) "EDIT" I should have mentioned , the main reason I went to an aftermarket pedal, was so I could relocate it a little further away from the brake pedal. I used to hit the gas sometimes when I hit the brake, if I was wearing work boots. So I never tried to fit it to the stock pedal.
