Front Dana 60 Question

My left front wheel was loose on my 94 F350 4x4 with auto hubs (this one had 5 screws). I pulled the hub to tighten the spindle nut and found an outer jam nut, a index washer, and the inner spindle nut (without a locater pin).

Should there be a washer between the inner spindle nut and the bearing? I was expecting one to hold the grease in the bearing. I looked at the Dana 60 bible site for several hours and could not find my axle hub combination.

I am in search of a spindle nut with a locater pin as that is most likely why the wheel was loose.
