Hi All, I am facing a dilemma with my truck. I have a "wrench light" that keeps coming on whenever my 6.0 diesel is under load like going uphill or towing. I have tried to have it looked at but no one can figure it out. What can I expect to pay for a rebuilt engine in Fairbanks? I have to be able to trust this truck if I am to take my family out of town and until this light problem is fixed I can't. I do NOT want to get stranded out of town with a breakdown.

 

have you figured out what the problem is with your truck yet. I dont think you need a new engine. Let me know if you found anything out. I work on these trucks almost everyday.
