Evening everyone.. Well the ujoints weren't all that bad. It took a couple hours because I had to remember how to do them lol.

Now I have to figure out if there is a way to tighten up the pinion because there is still some slop in the rearend.

But tonight my dad and I went on a coyote hunt and saw a few but they were too far to shoot with the rifles we brought. But it was fun.

Morning gents. Just got back from my MRI. That's the third one since last October! God I can't wait to have my elbow better. Anyway, well I am on the search for more boxes for moving. Gonna make a run to the liquor store later to grab some boxes from there. We have now less than two weeks to get moved out find a storage unit and get the fifth wheel ready to live in for the next couple months. While we either find a place to rent or renovate. I am hopeful that we can score a good deal on that foreclosure right down the road from us because we love this neighborhood and our friends we have made here. I will try and post pics of the house later today or this weekend.

Either way what happens this weekend rain or shine I'm going fishing Sunday afternoon with my dad for fathers day. And I'm looking forward to it.

 

Oh and my dad has now hired me to replace the ujoints in his Chevy lol and also replacing the CV axles in my moms escape and doing the struts in his Buick riveria

 

As another FYI for you beer drinkers. If you ever see Budweiser's project twelve in stores buy it!!! They select their favorite micro brews they make and sell it in a combo pack. I'm hooked!

 

Hey Micah! This whole deal sucks, you having to live in the camper. I hope you guys can find something quick.

Well really its not a big deal pat. Its a big trailer and it will be parked at my parents house with full hook ups. And I have been secretly building a play area and fort there for eli and the other kiddos in my family so there will be plenty to do. Plus we are outside all day during the summer anyway. Yeah it will be hard but we will make do for the time being.


Plus the cool part is this. My dad wants to buy us a place to fix up rather than us continue renting. And we are not in a place to buy a house for several more years since in banker's eyes I have been unemployed since November due to my injury. It is a huge blessing and gesture by my parents. And the really cool part is when my parents decide they want to move out of their property we will swap houses! And my kids can grow up where I grew up! They just told me that nugget of news this morning

 

That's damn nice of your folks! That would work out great. I hope you guys can work that out. How is the elbow, anyway?

 

Its still hurting a lot. My doctor gave me a tense unit which helps a bit at least for me to fall asleep sooner

 

So, when are they, or can they, fix it??

Don't know yet pat. I go in for a follow up appointment on Monday to go over the MRI results. From there we will see.
