Hey all.....I have a 1960 F100 that I am putting a 460 in. I am going to sell the currently installed 292 and transmission. The big question is how much is it worth? I have no place to store it and would love to have it in the loving arms of a another resto.

 

Last year , in NY,I bought a running 292 with T98 trans, for $100. Came from a 64, guy was doing a diesel swap.

Wow $100 really? I was hoping for a little more than that. I am in Suffolk.

Not real sure about specifics but it is the standard light duty 3 speed transmission. It is all fully functional. I drive it almost daily to work.

 

Do you still have this eng/trans available. I'm new to the forum and just saw your post from May. Just curious.....
