Supercab pop-out window conversion?

I have the fixed back side windows in my '78 supercab, does anyone know what's involved in putting in the pop out versions? Having never seen them up close, I don't know how they mount, so I don't know if they are a drop in or if there would be a fair amount of fab. Also, are they available aftermarket, or would I be hunting through junkyards?

There easy to but in but you need an Oem window and frame. You can buy the clips that go in the body ( holes are there). You do have to drill the holes for the latch.

Hmm, that sounds like it's gonna be quite the search. Thanks.

I considered putting them in my SC but at the end of the day, I decided not to. I saw a set of these on CL a few days ago, just not sure where.

Junk yard would be your best bet and removing them is more work than putting them in. You'll need new window gaskets that glue to the body. They are avalible but are not cheap so hopefully you can pull them when you get the rest of the parts.

Haha I put them in and have not found them all that useful. Maybe people in the back seat would like them more than I do
