Fixed that stupid squeeeeekin clutch pedal!!!!!
Removed the 4 pieces of floor panels that surround the pedals and steering column and opened up the clutch opening just a little. Original foam seal was really deteriorated and fabricated a new one out of some belting that I had on hand. SUCCESS!!! no more squeeeeekin...
Yeee Haaaw
It's the little things in life......like a quiet clutch pedal

Oh, and Roger I DID see the similarity of our trucks and us like you posted on my 47 2 ton build thread. And i got mine in December as well! Even our youtube videos are similar, but it didn't sound like you crashed into anything when you re-entered your shed!

No but the opportunity to crash was very near as the front wheels didn't want to go over the concrete lip and in the persuasion process spun the rear wheels and went sideways. Woulda been a crash ifn I still had that plastic outdoor chair that you used. I had a close call with that chair just tryin to move it a few feet... Put the original back in it temporarily...

I've graduated to a 3rd row seat from a suburban I sold about 15 years ago. New owner didn't want it, so I hoarded it in my attic until I needed it. First rule, "never throw anything away".

Man that seat fits very nice.
And yes I know all bout hording as I am one, but,, living on an Island would make it more of a necessity. Man I am diggin the window crank,,,,,been there ,,done that.

Marauder2004, I had to share it with my FTE buddies as it was only through their help that I was able to get to this point in a timely manner.
