So this is my first FE / ford truck.04-30-2014 06:10 PM by GaRedneck91
My rig is a 75 ford f100 had the 360 which is being took out and rebuilt and converted to the 390. I'm swapping the old intake for the edelbrock performer and the carb for a holley 750 vac secondary's.I decided to go with the edelbrock performer plus cam. Money allowing headers soon .. Got 3:50 gears and 33x12.50x15 m/t . It has the 4speed granny 1st.I use my truck for everything from huntin to hittin mud holes to just crusin to haulin scrap or whatever I need it for. The cam specs are:
Duration Advertised 272° Intake/282° Exhaust
Duration @ .050'' 194° Intake/204° Exhaust
Lift @ Valve .460'' Intake/.480'' Exhaust
Lift @ Cam .265'' Intake/.280'' Exhaust
Lobe Separation Angle 110°
Intake Centerline 105°
Intake Timing @ .050" Open 8° ATDC
Close 22° ABDC
Exhaust Timing @ .050" Open 37° BBDC
Close 13° BTDC
I was just wonder what y'all thought about this little setup and if y'all had anything to add before I start my rebuild. Also everything else not mentioned is stock just bored .030 over.

Turbo dog is right , you can get it on Amazon $49.00 money well spent if you are building a motor and not sure on parts to buy .
