And finished getting 90% of the mud off the ol girl and I have DAMAGE. Rear passenger wheel and drivers front wheel look like I had the clearcoat sandblasted off! From spinning them in the mud they are scratched and conpletely dull now WTF I guess I can polish them out I hope?

Rear wheel is HORRIBLE LOOKING they both are completely smooth just looks like I took 1200grit wet/dry and took the shineness off the clear..... I really hope the powerball and polish takes it out tomorrow?

Not scrathes, battle scares!
Chicks dig scars. Lol.

Good harmless fun with the kids, and gf, sounds like a terrific time.
The kids will have a great story to tell when school starts up..

If they are aluminum, you could take the clear coat off (and clean with some alcohol), and have them anodized black or something.

I have also started seeing people hydro dip their wheels too...

I power washed it twice yesterday at the car wash then once more today on my lunch break, got home at 3:30 and just went to town washing, scrubbing, etc in ever flippin nook and cranny didn't get done till 7:30 and there's still sand and pebbles dripping from the mirrors under the bed caps front and rear lights just EVERWHERE..... this truck will NEVER be covered in mud again LOL

I envy and laugh at the people that can keep there trucks pristine, I live miles from the pavement and a clean truck is near impossible. The IA crushed limestone is a great for neutralizing the salt, very little rust vs the all hyw vehicles.
