Looks fantastic Remi! That should get you excited to finish her up, eh?

Hey, I found those hood/latch parts if you still need them.

Reminds me of a ford Capri I had in a similar color. They called it electric blue. Your truck is basking in the glow!

It is close to that color but it is Navaho Turquoise by Chrysler. With a serious amount of flake added to it. Truck comes home tomorrow from the painters so I can get to work on the wiring. It also frees up his shop so he can work on the box, rear fenders and running boards. Now im getting pumped. And to make it even better the wife is away working for the next 2 weeks out of town. Im free to spend as much time in the shop as I want.

Your truck looks really sharp in turquoise! It certainly fuels your enthusiasm when you see some shiny new paint on your project.

Thanks for the thumbs up on the color. The painter went with what he called "a little old school" when he layed down the flake. Apperantly you "ol boys" used to like your vehicles to glitter like diamonds in the sunshine back in the hot rod days. It's ok though. I like it and the wife loves it even more. Now shes telling me to hurry up and get it done so she can ride in it. ( Which means she wants to drive it). Tonight when I pick it up will be the real test of the color. This will be the first day it see's real sunlight since it was painted.
