Thanks. I didn't want to build anything overkill. This thing will just be my DD/Toy hauler.

I bought my paint from Orelly Paint Supply. It's all PPG Shopline products. Epoxy primer, 2k surfacer primer, and Acrylic Urethane JAU Single Stage paint. This is the final product I'm trying to achieve.

My buddy who ran the spray gun (As I don't have the experience I'd like). Obviously a die hard dodge fan.

Came out good! Looks like you don't have to chase down too many parts. When mine gets repainted, I've gotta replace my core support and front clip (for obs swap), 3 doors, and a dually bed for the drw conversion. NO BONDO. One of the lasts owners who repainted my truck filled in a dent on the door and almost the whole passenger bed side had about 2 inches of bondo. Also gotta fix a dent on the cab corner from a deer that wasn't as tough as he thought

Notice the filler cracks in the back door corner?

You must run a high class joint being able to afford a designated spray gun operator!

Hahaha. High class my ***. We do favors for each other. I'm a suspension guy, he's a paint guy. It's kinda nice having friends that'll do that. Cheaper too lol

Ah yes, I see it. I had to chase down all KINDS of parts. I've been collecting them for almost 8 months now. All in all, I have parts from 7 different trucks on her. All OEM steel aside from the core support (scored that on Amazon for $170 shipped )

I ended up with a small patch of body filler on the bed due to my ******* putting a small crease when I tightened up the strap to haul the bed home. . There's a small spot on the cab where I have body filler due to hail damage as well as the passenger side door. Had to skim coat the whole thing. Nothing more than 3/16" thick on the whole truck thank goodness.

Got the doors, windows, & interior put back together. Installed my new to me 40/20/40 seats, and put the tailgate together.

The paint looks good! I'm getting ready to paint mine as well...well, maybe in the Spring due to funds. Gotta get the drivetrain swap done first.
