86 bronco fail :(
I had my truck 10 years and never had any problems with it. This year was the first time I had a 'no start issue' which I ended up giving a full tune up, new ignition module, both new fuel pumps... The issue now is only sometimes.... Well it failed smog this year first time ever and I am wondering is it possible my EGR valve is causing my issues? Suggestions?

Failed NOx part at 15 mph the max here in CA is 739 ppm and I tested at 1062 at 25 mph the max is 743 I tested ok at 736... But still pretty high - before testing I always tune up and I have all new plugs wires rotor etc.... But I was wondering where I should repair to pass? Also my cold no start issue to fix that.
