What carburetor adapter do I need?

I'm about to buy an Offenhauser C for my 300. I have a Holley 350cfm 2bbl carburetor. Will I need an adapter plate, and if so what one will I need?

A 4v/2v adapter. Try Summit Racing, Trans-Dapt, etc.

I know that much, but how do I know which one specifically? I don't know what the Offy's base plate size is.

Standard squarebore flange.

Measure the bores on the carb, confirm the adapter you buy has equal or bigger.

So, Mr. Gasket 1933 or the Trans Dapt 2065 would work? Is one better than the other? I like the open plenum gasket of the Trans Dapt.
