Harley Buckets in a '53 F100

I am putting a set of Harley Davidson Buckets into my '53 F100 street rod. I have a question about mounting them.

The front mounting bracket on the track has a 45 degree angle and extends lower than the rear mounting bracket which appears to be level.

Is the front bracket mounted in a well below floor level and the rear bracket at floor level, or is the rear bracket elevated above floor level and the front bracket tied into a 45 degree elevation from the floor?

If someone could look at the seat mounting and let me know, it would be a big help.

I may have more questions as I get further along, especially about the electrical connections.
