Just finished of reading the whole article for the second time. Lots of info.
I am much concerned of the cooling system of the 4.9L, 300.
My question is what year model is the alt upgrade / what is the P/N?.
Would the aluminum radiator be the alternate way / good idea, if I don't want to install the electric fan?

Welcome back, Hamid! On your truck, I would be concerned regarding the alternator output. What is it rated at? The electric fans pull a good bit of current. Have you had the radiator cleaned recently? Does your radiator have a shroud between the fan and sides of the radiator? Is the V-belt properly adjusted [no slippage]?
