Do I have to let doubleclick track my every move through the site? Every time I select a new destination within the FTE I have to deny doubleclick the ability to track me before I can access the new page. This was not an issue years ago when I was a member and I don't think it should be one now. I value my privacy and don't allow ANYONE to place cookies or other malware on my computer unless they have my complete trust and I do NOT trust doubleclick. cbx69

cbx69 again. I have been struggling to navigate through the site, can't seem to access replies to my posts. Is this because I always deny doubleclick? If so, I will stop coming here and renounce my membership.

It has nothing to do with doubleclick... but if you're not allowing other FTE cookies, you will have problems...

I hope that this is not another case of making a change for the sake of .... just doing something. From my use of other forum sites that have done that, it usually takes a very long time to get the bugs out and folks back to doing what they enjoyed on a previous version.

So far I do like the new arrangement and hope it goes well

I do miss the old rep and report icons too though.

Too many ads and it's slow as hell.

I mean it was slow before, but damn it's really slow now!

Much better with the sponsors in the header.
No more glaring whitespace.

Thank you!

I agree with Jim, looks much better. I don't see any ads to speak of. Now, if we can just get the TSB issue fixed, otherwise it might as well be eliminated.

I didn't "see" the sponsors before, but now I do.

Between supporter status and Adblockplus there's little to distract from my site experience.

I'm not having an issue with the TSB's.
What is missing Bill?

Much better with the sponsors at the top.

The only problem I see with the current layout is that the cutoff line between the blue and white at the top of the page is making one row of the sponsors nearly impossible to read. Probably need to either move the whole list up or down a notch so all of them are legible.....or just move the color break a little higher or lower:

I will say, as much as I don't like the new design, the sponsors at the top is MUCH better.

Addendum....

The sponsors have been added to the top now it feels cluttered. I like clean sites. I use google instead of other search engines for this reason.

Not so much... it's fickle.

Although I am a paid subscriber, I find more ads, including product videos embedded in the text of threads. What's this?
