4wd works great and it doesn't hurt that I have about 2 feet of clearance inder the truck. The mud is getting deep in the sunny spot just beyond our house - just watched a yahoo in a beater truck gun it through there - thought he was having fun 'til he almost went over the guardrail and into the river.

Sounds almost as entertaining as watching a public boat launch during the summer

Hi Shaun - yup, almost as much fun as a boat launch or watching someone trying to back a big trailer for the first time. Good for lots of chuckles. The traffic has really worked the mud into almost quicksand and the hole is probably going on a foot and a half deep before you hit frost (and ice) underneath. It is a 30 foot drop to the river if you screw up too bad.

Watching people on a boat ramp can be fun.

Our road is still good shape. Few little homo Toyota douches drove by looking for mud to make a hole. Friggin losers
