1966 F250 Camper Special Fender Emblems

These inserts were reproduced by Carolina Classics in Durham NC, but I don't know if they're still available: carolinaclassics.com
The fender emblems have pins on the back, are held to the fender with barrel clips. Gently pry on each side of the emblem till it comes off.
A plastic putty knife works well and won't damage the paint if used properly.

Thanks for all the info. I am going to start removing all of the body trim this week in preparation for getting the truck repainted. I can tell that I will need to replace some of the trim hardware because it is really rusted out in some areas. Fortunately most of the trim itself looks pretty good. I just have one or two pieces that are missing which I'll need to find replacements for.

I made a bunch like this one in both red and black background but was too time consuming with so many other projects. I recently saw some for sale but the script is not very accurate.

1966 F250 red camper special emblem
Good morning.....
Not sure if this is where my original thread started, but I asked about a pair of camper special 1966 fender emblems and I remember you made a few of them. At the time, you mentioned having a pair of black ones still available??? Are they still available? Appreciate your time.

I'm planning to make some later this summer or early fall, but only in red. I'll make a post when they're available. The optically clear acrylic has been bought up to make Covid guards at cash registers. My nephew has a plastics business in Texas so he's going to make me some blanks and I'll add the graphics.
