Gas fumes in cab

I'm not sure how many people battle the gas fumes, but if you are one of the unlucky ones to have the tank in the cab with you, I'm sure you have experienced complaints from the smell from time to time. Just a tip, be sure you have the gas cap venting properly. I've seen many times an old gas cap that doesn't vent anymore and causes pressure in the tank that forces gas to seep out of the smallest of areas. Anyways, it may not always be a bad hose or sending unit gasket.

Hey Jason,
I hear you on the gas fumes. We tried replacing the sending unit gasket, new gas cap, etc. It still was horrible - especially when you filled up. We waved the white flag & put our tank back out under the bed. Hands down one of the best mods we did.

Looking good over there in Arizona! Nice black truck!
