The start of Lift/axle swap/stretch kit/u bolt eliminator kit/leaf spring perches.

Ditched this idea, outboarded the front springs

I got some stuff done, the axle is finally actually bolted in.

I have some gussets to add to the one perch yet, and do some cleaning and painting yet.

Hell no Tom!

I've used it right up untell about a week ago when I actually pulled the axles out of it.

I just couldn't stand the fact I had that D60 and a 10.25 sitting here and I knew I could get them under the Jeep relatively cheap n easy.

I'm on some of them forums I'm sure. People have asked me to post stuff up here and there. Lol. Hell, there's people posting pictures on Facebook pages of the old white Crew cab, and I have no idea who they are. There's a company that even has a picture on their web site of my old 94.

Lmao, hell no!

My friends that have it told me about the pics. I just don't see the need to have one. Less drama.

Got a start on redrilling my front Hubs. Cut them all off so not to leave holes. N you can see the ring in the upper right of the pic that I'm using to get the 8 on 6.5 bolt pattern.

I redrilled the front hubs to match the back.

Got some more stuff done today. Not a lot, but got a add-a-leaf in the front springs, used a 2.5 inch lift rear one for a 90s chevy pickup. Than I took the second down leaf out of a 99 3500 and put it in the second leaf position on the rear leafs. Took the 1 inch zero rate out, and have the rear leafs turned around. Overall I have 8 more inches in my wheelbase than stock. Went from a 110 to 118. With a quick measure it has 10.5 inches of suspension lift over stock.

Nice Wagoneer. I just picked up a '80 J-10, sat for years but got it running yesterday. Couple of questions for you about your spring modifications. You went from a spring under setup to spring over from the looks of it. How does this affect things like steering or handling. Did you move the swing shackle on the front springs to the rear or keep the stock setup? Also with the add a leaf in the front, how badly did that hurt ride quality? Does it still flex decently? I know you probably haven't had a chance to take it for a test run, but let us know when you do, as I am curious how well your setup works.

what are you going to do for the rear quarters, plasma cutter, or just let the tires crumple them?
