OK so I have got stuck trying to get this truck to run right. When its cold the truck idles rough then dies unless you keep it going by giving it some throttle, after she warms up she can maintain an idle but its rough. when driving the truck i don't get a check engine light but when i run the KOER test i got a bunch of codes.

I started with codes
12 Cannot control RPM during ER Self-Test high RPM check.
13 Cannot control RPM during ER Self-Test low RPM check.
21 ECT out of self test range 0.3 to 3.7 volts.
22 MAP/BP sensor out of self test range.
42 No HEGO switching detected always rich (right side).

I have replaced the ECT, MAP, and HEGO. Replacing those parts cleared the codes. I thought the RPM control would have to do with the IAC or the Ing control mod so i replaced the IAC no change and had the Ing control mod checked.

Also in the past 3K miles the cap rotor wires and plugs have all been done i also did the plugs again a few days ago no change.

after the truck wrams up and i drive it around it has power but it does hesitate of the line a bit.

Looking for ideas on where to go from here.......

 

also i have checked base timing with the SPOUT pulled and it was at 10 BTDC
