Mystery Mercury emblem

I picked this up last fall and I really can't figure out what it fits.A van maybe?

Not likely an outboard - their trim is usually integral to the cowling.

The font looks correct for Ford of Canada Mercury trucks. In the mid-50's it seems Mercury dropped the "M" from the designation and just called them Mercury 100. I believe it's a late 50's or early 60's hood emblem. I think I see it in the black truck below.

Good,thanks guys.Thats a picture I never found.
I haven't seen on of those 428 trucks for a while either,starting to get scarce around here.
