tallest tires with no lift

I am looking into a new tire/wheels combo on my 2012 F150 xlt ecoboost. I have no lift whatsoever...Im looking at aftermarket wheels and either Nitto trail grapplers or wrangler mtr's...I want a tall tire and doesn't need to be wide...Any real answers on this? Thanks in advance

What size rim? From the research I've done, I think 285/65/18 may be the largest you can go stock. My buddy has this size Terra Grapplers with no lift and no issues. I have Trail Grapplers this size that I'm installing with a 2" autospring once my first set of tires are gone. If your running 20's not sure wat size you can go up to.

20's, no level...well this depends on a lot, especially your offset on the new wheels.
Stock 20's are a +44mm offset. You should avoid most rubbing situations if you stay between +44mm and +18mm with these tire sizes:
275/60/20
285/55/20
285/60/20
295/50/20
295/55/20

You'll need a level to fit these popular sizes:
275/65/20
285/65/20
295/60/20

You can fit 33" diameter tires, 295 wide with no lift or level.

I'm looking at putting on LT275/70R18 on stock rims on a 2013 FX4 without any lift or leveling kit. Those should be 33.23" tall. So...they'll fit?

I've got 305/45R22 Nitto Terra Grapplers with no rubbing anywhere. Overall is 32.8" and they are a little over 12" wide, Truck is all stock.
