Question Rebuild Shop in San Antonio??

The factory oil leak that came with my 352 has gotten to the point that it's irritating... I've decided to have someone go thru the engine lightly, rings/bearing/cylinder hone/gaskets.

Anyone know a decent shop in the SA area that can pull the engine for me and go thu it? Not afraid to spend a little cash, just want the engine tightened back up to factory specs, and done right.

Thanks!

And anyone with any firsthand info on a chrome plating shop in SpursTown... I'd appreciate that as well.

Rebuild Shop in San Antonio??

Try Millers Machine Shop on Grissom Rd. They are about 1/4 mile East of Bandera Rd. Have had alot of long and short blocks done by them. Never have had a problem. Hope this helps.

Thumbs up Rebuild Shop in San Antonio??

Thanks, bro... I have had other people recommend them as well, but I was under the impression that they would not do the entire rebuild, just the machine work?

Rebuild Shop in San Antonio??

You may be right. I have only taken them the engines already out of the trucks then picked them up and installed them. I do know that they can do any engine machine and preformance enhancements you could ever dream of. As far as pulling and disassembly there I am not sure. Give them a call @ 210-684-7722. I have not had a reason to use them recently but when we did they were always very helpful and extremely reasonable, price wise. Would not do anything without first calling to get an OK or to give you different options. Hope they can help you.
