Got one... attached to the J-handled outta a '77.
Does anyone know of the (possibly single) company that has a C4 rebuild kit w/compression braking on the 1st gear. Many have the manuel reverse body yeda, yeda... but not many have a first gear that'll slo U down... was it "Performance" company?

Very rarely is anything for sale around here for an early Bronco. When it does come up it is usually priced 3 times what it is worth. Last time I looked at a decent 76 for sale, they wanted 12 grand. Not restored, just with some new parts thrown on it. The doors hadnt even been adjusted to fit the jambs. Glass was mostly original and had the lil bubbles appearing in it and was all scratched up to boot. No telling what the tub was cause I lost interest after seeing what was on the surface.

 

Well most complete EB's are way over priced any where you go. I got a great deal on my red one and the 73 was "1/2 off". lol

 

1/2 off huh? (groan)

 

1/2 off cause there was NO top half that was a bronco, except for the speedo.

Lots of project and complete EB's in Oklahoma and I found a good deal on one in Ark, but I do not need another one.

The mid-west has quite a # of EB's for sale, but rust and INSANE prices, can be an issue. Just have to shop around, Arkansas has a few other deals down there too.

valve body is reverse manua as welll, need to shift (all 4 gears, even tho auto).
