Would like to delete the DPF on my 2008 Ford F450 with 6.4 diesel. Have been reading about it and would like to use the H&S tuner.

Went out on E-Bay and they have a bunch of H&S tuners available to choose from. Too confusing to me so need your recommendation (H&S product number or E-Bay number) on which tuner to buy for my truck.

Also, what other parts will I need, air intake, larger exhaust system, etc.?

Plan on having the work done by someone else.

It all depends on how far you want to go. In order to delete the DPF you just need a tuner, the H&S will work (should be around 1600-1700) and a DPF delete pipe. If you want to go further, you can replace your exhaust system from the Turbo or Down pipe back. After that, it is all up to you of what you "need".

I just did the H&S and a 5" Flo Pro down pipe back exhaust, and that is all the power I would ever need. I will probably add the ARP heads studs to keep the heads safe, but if you keep your right foot under control you shouldn't need them...but I personally would rather be safe than sorry.

 

Must be a race tuner, not a street tuner.
