2001 F250 randomly stalls?

2001 F250 randomly stalls?
I have a problem with my 2001 F250 5.4 109K miles Randomly stalling when first starting and when the idle is coming down to normal RPM.
I brought it to a FORD dealership and they pulled the codes with a bad COP on cylinder 8. I had the PLUGS changed,replaced the bad COP and had a new FUEL Filter put on. They test drove it and it didn't pull any more codes so I picked my truck up and went home.
It has been about 3 days and it did it again when I started it idle came down from warm up and it stalled. Strange thing is I can run it for weeks it acts normal and then does this again?
So right now it isn't pulling CODES and I am looking for things to look at for why it randomly stalls coming off from the high to low idle when starting it.
