I have the Recons. Here's a post I made about them in another thread.

I am looking for HID's though. I just dunno if the Recons are worth the $600-700 when pro tuning labs has them for $400 right now with HID's. I have seen some bad reviews on them though so I'm hoping a happy or unhappy customer on here to help me with my decision.

Yes I did read the post before I responded to you. I didn't see that they were HID's at first but I've now looked again and saw I missed that. No need to get an attitude about it that's for sure.

ALso, where in WI are you from? I'm also in WI. No need to get ****ty with me when I read your post in the first place

They show on the website that you have to order the HID bulbs extra but what about the ballasts?? Seems very steep just for headlights when u can find others at half the price. My point of this thread is to find out the quality of the Recons compared to less expensive brands... then base my decision off of that

Bulbs and ballast aren't bad. Picked them up on amazon for a grand tally of 18 bucks

I had everything screen shot at one point but I deleted it.... but id definitely look at spyder, had 1 l.e.d burn out and they replaced both for free. And yes we all are, but hopefully were all mature enough to turn the other cheek no point in getting banned for no reason

I read you post. I spent my time looking for a relevant response to your question. You responded like you didn't read it. No thank you, no further explanation. Just said that they weren't HIDs and that's what you were looking for. What else am I supposed to think?
