Extreme cold Didn't start. Now starts and....
Hey guys,
1. New guy here! Definitely seems more active than the other site I'm on. Which is great because I'm basically learning as I go.
2. The other day we had it below -25 F and my truck started the night before. The day of it didn't start. So I got some stuff for fuel and poured that in both tanks. She finally started when it got closer to 0 F. Issue is that now it idles HARD and it dies when in gear.
I'm thinking i should replace my spark plugs and do an oil change but issue is it's too cold.
Is there anything else I should touch on to make her purr again?

Plugs/wires done in August and rotor cap was cleaned up same time. Last I know of those are stock from when it was bought.
