De-rusted the 240 head.
You saw how it looked before.

Now look at it.
You can see the D2AE cast number up top there.
Just need to hot tank it to get rid of the dirt, grease, and WD40 stains.

Head looks good. As for the hood that's as good as anything Jim has, depending on what the underside looks like.

It has surface rust underneath but I doubt it's anything a blaster can't get rid of. I'm going to have our bodyman fill the seam that runs across the front of it.
