Yeah, one of the guys at work showed that to me last week. I really did think about it. The guy says he has a bunch into it and still thinks he will get his money back out of it. Silly truck restore guy, he should know that old trucks are a money pit from which your money rarely returns.

George, that's a nice one. Takes a lot of the fun out of the job of struts. The last couple of times I have jusy given in and bought the quick struts. With that critter I would be thinking differently.

It is 18 degrees and the wind sounds like a frieght train in the trees right now. Prunning all the old dead stuff up to two to three inches thick.

Well, I hope it improves. I have had knee issues off and on for years, not fun. They get better but it is really hard to rest them so they do.

I know what you mean Steve. I am trying to take it easy right now so it can get better. Sadly I know eventually I am going to have to do something with it.

Well, I have never had anything "done", to mine except pain pills off and on. The folks that I know that have had various procedures don't seem to be any further ahead than me. Of course, there are many different types of injuries to the many different parts of the knee, so every case is different.

Do you put much faith in supplements such as glucosamine and chondroitin?
You can find various opinins to their benefit.
