1986 Bronco with wandering steering
Our 1986 Bronco has some play in the steering. Maybe a inch and half of play.
We have two steering columns and would like to rebuild them or get a rebuilt one. We think it has something to do with the tilt steering mechanism.
Any ideas?
Were can we get inexpensive parts?

make sure your ball joints, tierods, wheel bearings and the bushings in the radius arms and axle pivot bushings are good. I believe that year steering has a rag joint that can be replaced as well. in the end you may need a new steering box, thats what mine took to fix that issue.
jeffsbroncograveyard is a good source for parts. if you need a steering box look up Red-Head steering
