Seat option for our Bonus Builts

It's low cost and readily available. Maybe a great seat for a rat rod.

I really can't see it being comfortable for too long and I'd be you'd be picking slivers out of your butt for days if you got rear ended.

Looks like he used running board brackets for the seat brackets.

Just when I thought I'd seen it all.....and to add the lovely cushions on top of that.... Definitely thinking outside the box.

I think it would be more economical if it were hanging from the roof with the original chains. And a lot more fun/challenging to drive.

This thread is too funny to get lost and let languish on page two.
Those cushions look like that NOS seat cover that was mentioned recently.

Yet another side business for Bob - apparently part of his body work division - Butt Sliver Picker. Talk about a Renaissance Man! Unsure of the profitability or tool preferences.

They may well be more comfy and posture healthy than one thinks.
Remember the wood bead seat covers? The one ya tied over yer
seat? Now when I had one it really did help with the fatigue on long trips.
And when in Texas or Aridzona they let air under ya and thus helped keep
her tush cool.

So don't knock this set up before trying it I say. Heck I am likely to try most
anything once. And the good stuff a couple of times or more.

I aint so sold on the custom cushions though. Butt hay, each to his own
I say.

It wouldn't be such a bad side line depending on who was driving the truck

Here Joe, now it looks a little more comfortable.
