County had to close a few main roads last week here in Monroe because they were impassable.

Read it the paper this morning the for the first time ever, they will have to open the asphalt plant in February for the hot patch needed for Emergency repairs to the roads.

Our dealership has to run a roadside truck, normal week is 5-7 calls mixed between flats, jump starts, and other roadside "emergencys". Been averaging 20-30 flat tires per week this month.
Best one so far was this morning about 2am. She hit a pothole, I came out and put her spare on, she drove fifty feet and hit another pothole, destroying the spare.....never left my sight.

Your neck of the woods is really bad.....Been running back and forth between maple, Pontiac trail, and walnut lake reads. Police resorted to dropping flares to mark potholes on maple the other day

Flares are better than orange barrels in the middle of the road. There's a 200yd stretch of road near St. Mary's Prep school that would rival some ORV trails I've been on.

Gotta love when we get that winter thaw and the roads start to heave from the frost.
