My truck was originally a crew cab single rear wheel, so the bed will bolt right on. I like the flat bed, but the 4x4 duallys just look so good with the regular bed. Most of the time if I'm hauling something, it's something big and is on the gooseneck, so don't really NEED the flat bed, but it gives the truck a unique look. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna make the trade, I just hate now that I'm gonna have to paint the bed. I think in the end it will be worth it though. I think it will look really good.

If/when I do this bed swap, I WILL be building a headache rack with some lights in it. Silly as it sounds, that is one of my favorite things on this flatbed

I think Big Red would look good with a dually bed. Pics so you can see what it might look like.

Good deal! No doubt about it, it will look sharp when you get it done.

Good for you Bill! I know how you feel about the paint, but I think it will be worth it in the end. I know guys like the utility of a flatbed, but I just don't care for the look of most of them. A CCLB, 4x4, Dually is a FINE looking truck!

Though...that is one more panel that can be dented by deer gone astray....

It seems to me it's either that or you just start aiming for them and cream them with your Ranchhand bumper before they get close enough to hit anything else!
