Need tranny rebuild C6
I have a 76 f150 4x4 360 with a C6, earlier this week the tranny started to slip in first, mostly leaving the light. Sometimes when going really slow in a parking lot the tranny will grab and slip causing the truck to jerk.
Where in town should i take it?
and should i have them do the whole job or am i being lazy and i should pull it and install it myself? idk

I've used Denny's Transmission in south Phoenix, on a '76 Chevy.

If you know a general amount of info on transmission work I would just do it your self. It will save you money and not to mention the C6 is one of the more simple transmissions to work on. If you don't have a general amount of info on transmission work or access to somebody who does then bring it to a shop. unfortunately I am not in your area and couldn't tell you a good place.
