NYLON STUD TOOL ?
What tool is standard for install and removal of nylon headless studs ?

The nylon stud is a fixed nylon pin holding a cable. Or was....
The bolt sought was next door thin head in a slot in the right front wheel well holding a corner of the windshield fluid reservoir.
The reservoir was removed turning clockwise after cutting the pump wire running down to front reservoir.
Goal was inspection cleaning and repainting of the under battery area. Paint was good under a thick black goop rusted only where an allen key lay fossilized. Recovered the lineman$ pliers. Washed with Megware's.
We were in the desert for winter and rain shadow for summer and sprayed the upper area with urethane when new. The prob there is the condenser drips drips on fender and a bracket directly downstream: looks good after 4 coats of urethane ! 6 years ago.
