Nobody is bitching,

Gas is not below $2 /gal. Not anywhere, but it should be.

An efficient running truck getting the best mpgs just runs better period,

I am driving. A lot. I just got home from an early run for work supplies
pulling a 2200 lb. trailer.

I disconnected the 2-pin plug to the AC compressor (chasing down other issues) and I can tell by my seat of the pants mpg calculator, that I am getting better mileage. Defrost seams to work fine without it. I may do this every Winter.

My *** it's $1.99 and below here and way less if you have reward fuEl cards. Got it at 1.83/gal at shell gas station with my reward card. Shell is usually more expensive. If I went to another station it would be cheaper but they don't take the card I have

This is in savannah http://www.georgiagasprices.com/Savannah/index.aspx

I'm further south but prices are around the same or cheaper

Gas is $1.87 in Minnesota, and with a 10 cent off per gallon coupon, I get gas for $1.77!! I really hope it stays cheap, because I'm getting the 460 bronco out as soon as the snow melts!!

You Guy's have it good. Gas dropped here about a Buck.
It's like $3.56 now. Less in the Big City. But more farther
North. I would like to know what it is around Fairbanks
and Nome.

$2.60 here is Philly area,

but i did hear about sub $2/gal gas today listening to the news in the Bronco.

Then i heard what Washington is planning.

Our brilliant leaders in DC are already planning to increase the national gas tax.

It's never enough for them. They must have more of our money.

They'll never allow gas to be under $2 a gallon for very long.

I guarantee it.

We can thank the "RINOs" that let this 28 cent gas tax be passed recently
to fix our crap roads. You really need a 4x4 to live in Pa with these roads which already had plenty of funding but were not repaired.

Now they ($#@&# in DC) convinced everyone to drive these tiny dangerous
cars to save gasoline and be miserable..

Now that they all have done this and gas prices are falling,
they (Dems) are talking about raising the national gas tax.

They would raise it too. No way they will allow gas to be this cheap.

Let's hope the Republicans do what they were elected to do
and not allow it to happen. I doubt it though.

I'm for protecting the environment but lots of things that are going on are just for company's and Govt officials to profit off of the situation.

As I sit over here in Nashville gulping up the 1.60 a gallon.....
It very may well hit $1.00 but what do I know, I only worked in the GOM snubbing and riding helicopters.

It definitely will not last, but it won't hit $100 a barrel again for sometime, if ever. The Saudis are trying to run the frackers out, corner the market again.

Such a racket. Drill baby drill!
