'04 expedition cooling

Hello,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

I am a ford truck guy and I just got an '04 Eddie Bauer expedition. It has113K miles, and has had routine maintenance, but nothing major, so I am doingall the stuff that needs done around 100k. The maintenance schedule says tochange the coolant- do I need to flush it with pressure? or is draining it,filling it up with water and running it for a minute, then draining andrefilling with coolant sufficient? Also I planned on replacing the hoses, butthey look pretty good- are they safe to leave? do the factory hoses last a longtime? I just want to make sure I am good to go as far as reliability for beingout camping, etc<o></o>

1 more thing- is there a PCV valve to replace?<o></o>

any maintenance advice is appreciated.<o></o>

Love the forum!<o></o>
