Big 3 Auto Swap this weekend - Qualcomm Stadium

Just a heads up for those who might be in the San Diego area this weekend...the annual Big 3 auto swap will be conducted in the Qualcomm stadium parking lot. No rain in the forecast and temps in the mid-70s, might be worth the trip if you are feeling a little cabin fever in the snowbelt.

Sounds like I need to check that out sometime. Gotta be some rust free parts and projects there unlike our meets on the east coast. Be interesting to see the difference and score some good parts. My dilemma is getting those metal parts past the TSA scanner.

I have a buddy of mine who is an independent big rig operator. He regularly makes runs from San Diego to the East coast, mainly Norfolk and SC. There are guys like this out there who would not be adverse to the idea of throwing a crate on their truck for a cross country ride.
