You're starting to pile up a whole bunch of extra broncos! Is that three you have now? Obviously two of them are just for parts, but that's a lot of hauling around.

I would love to take some wrecked trucks/cars for parts or to fix up. I need my own place for that though.. and I need to get out of college!!! I've been in too long.. hopefully I'll get out soon enough and pass all my classes.

That thing is gonna be bad a$$! Subscribed. I spy a pair of stepside fenders hanging on the wall too. I'd trade a boatload of Bronco parts for those if you were closer to home haha

No just the grey one and the white one. The one my brother just got is a short box. Might be building this one too.

Yes, still got em. They are really dry rotted and going bald. I stripped the paint off them. They were chrome. They have some rust but still looks better then lime green/black. Going to save them for trips to the sand dunes.

Thanks. That stepside stuff might go on the frame my brother just got. I have the box and tailgate too but they need some rust repair.

Did you jump all over the chance?

About the same up here. Didn't have a chance, had to snowblow the 10-12 inches of snow we got last night. Couple hours worth of work. Planning on working on it tomorrow. Supposed to be 36 degrees.

I believe I have the same rims, but mine are painted black. Where did your buddy get them? I need to buy a spare for my truck.

I think they were on it when he bought it. Summit Racing has a similar if not the same ones in chrome starting at $63.97. They are called Super Trucker Wheels made by bart wheels. They also have a US wheel 044 brand black rims that are similar too and start at $59.97. Summit also has there brand of rims too called Summit Racing 85 8 and starts at $46.97.

Here are the headers that came off the FE

Had to take the vent panel off to unplug the speaker to take off the door and the cowl is loaded with mud. Gotta get that crap out of there.

Took the door off and started wire wheeling the paint and rust off with a angle grinder. Rocker is in good shape.

Some better pics of the side before I tore it apart. Tires don't stick out too far past the fenders. Thinking about moving the rearend back a little to center it in the wheel wells.

I would replace the quarter panels before you move the rear end, so you know exactly how it looks.

Yeah definitely. Also going to swap out the rear springs for some with some arch.

You've got a lot of work done! It would be nice to have a garage like yours.. The weather is really nice out here so I don't need to work in a garage now.. but during the summer it gets pretty hot..

Maybe a dumb question but, I've never removed/installed a rear end but have future plans of getting dana 60s on (when I go diesel after my newly freshened motor goes). Whats involved in you moving the rear end back? Are you going to have to weld in a new spot for the mounting brackets on the axle to go? Or can you just bolt them further back? I'm just curious because when I take my axles off in like 5 years I'll want to know what I'm doing.

Wish the garage was heated for winter use. I'd be out there more. If I move the rear end I will torch the rivets on all the mounts and move everything back the amount needed to center it and get a drive shaft spacer to make up the difference.
