HPOP replacement Dieselsite vs. OEM ???
Well, it looks like the HPOP in my 2003 has finally quit. At 240,000 miles I can't complain too much. I've heard stories about Ford rebuilt HPOP's that are bad out of the box or die within a year so I'm thinking about the Dieselsite pump as they say their design fixes the flaws with the Ford pumps. I'm all stock so I wouldn't get the high output pump. I bought the truck new and plan to keep it for as long as the body holds up.
Does anyone have any experience with the Dieselsite pumps or an exact stat on how often the Ford rebuilds fail?
Thanks!
