Thx buddy yes that would of been a no no been so cold got permission to pull out the card card table / mechanics bench!

Can't believe all went right together new hpop and rebuilt turbo with 360 thrust barring, and the damn oil sensor wire broke right at the clip. I know she would probable run but
Would rather have the reinforcement to know we had some pressure even if it is just a idiot gage

Do you want the link to that Pigtail catalog?
http://www.fordservicecontent.com/pu...torcatalog.pdf
You will find it is a handy little bugger er PDF.

Also for the CCV reroute this is an option.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/BD-Crank-Case-Vent-Filter-Ford-Powerstroke-99-5-03-7-3L-1032170-/310598435672?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item48511c0358&vxp=mtr
BTW Hight Temp Paint ? I was thinking of having mine done in the JetHot process
Jet-Hot Ceramic Coatings
I was told that there is a company here that does the same process. Closer is better.
So I think the people up in Auburn Wa are going to get a visit. Now if I can get a
spare turbo snail so I don't have down time of more than it takes me to R&R it.

I also need to get with someone about some manifolds too.

Sean, is tat the best option for a CCV reroute. I was thinking of it but never got down to doing it. Everything is fine on my truck. Thanks.

I know that it's the more expensive option and also keeps you
in compliance. It filters out the oil and lets any of the remaining
gasses go into the intake. The only down side is you will have a
filter to change every now and then.

Tats ok if I will have to change the filter. Question is, is there a cheaper option or one just as good? I've heard most folks just vent out and what is the best kit without paying an arm and a leg for it? No offense. Just exploring my options here.

She b running again

Ok guys she b on the road ....again, sorry took awhile but I'm sure everyone has Wx channel
Anyway damn! More sleet
And snow really ?
Ok back to subject , turbo much more quite , no slop with new barrings, no leaks so far,
Big new is what I found out on the hpop GUYS , you hear any whining or unusual noise coming from the back area you may just own a 6.0 .... With a hpop prob.
Another thing I learned was a lot of shops prefer to change out the hpop when a ipr screen is disturbed or ripped ruptured you name it. Thinking being what
ever passed that made the
Screen fail went into the hpop.
Don't know for sure . 2 things I did find was the internal pressed wobble part worked
Loose and moved at some time and the saft that the main drive gear was on had play in the barrings. I only found this out by tearing into it . Caution ! If you tear down a hpop be very careful rebuilders need a working core !!
Bottom line .... GOT RIDE OF THE DAMN WHINE which means I will not be whinnig, well for now .. And get this starts are smoother injectors more quiet over all truck is more
Quiet. Is this just me ah don't thinks so but only got to put 30-40 miles on her befor the snow hit. She did burped several times for the fist 10-15 miles but so does snuggy when someone's been in his panties lol could resist ..so I've heard.
Sean big thanks for the pigtail site and yea on the high temp paint, had to add alittle red on the blower if you know what I mean .. ;;
Out on the road for 4 more
Days , anyone in Reno or San Jose give a shout
Oh also mustang am, nc
And the gang thanks to you

Gods speed
