When I first fire it up in the morning (cold 40* or below) I can hear a rattle like bolts in a coffe can. Only for about 10 seconds, then I don't hear it again the rest of the day.
What about the coffee can rattle? Did this go away as well? Glad you fixed your high temp problem but my concern would be that you fixed a symptom (the high temps) with a new tranny cooler but not the cause (what clogged to cooler in the first place).
