I purchased a 2011 F-150 ecoboost brand new. At 98 000km the timing chain to be replaced because of stretch. When my truck was giving back to me, it had a rattle. Fought and fought for them to fix it. Every time they couldnt find it. Rattle went away they said my truck must be fine because there was no noise anymore. 15 000km after my rattle noise stopped my motor blew up. 1 hole through the block, 2 out the pan. Trucks been at the dealership for 3 weeks now with no answer, no loaner car and terrible service. All they have done is put the truck on the hoist, look through the hole and said a rod let go. Trucks got 130 000km on it now. Is there a higher up place I can go? Maybe involve another dealer? Also my truck has had all regular maintenance done by this dealership from new.
