I look in to his method untamnd. I was thinking about just hitting any spots that had rust with some paint and clear. And rocking the stock one since it's in good shape. My friend has these things called bedbugs. Which have rubber feet that sit in the grooves to hold stuff in place. They work pretty well Also might junkyard some tie down points.

Update. The clutch I ordered was on backorder but will be here on the 5th of march. I spent a few hours this past weekend cleaning the blue off the tires and removing the old purple window tint. Also sold my toolbox and I'm currently looking for a chest toolbox to replace it with so I can get a soft top camper top in the future to give me some storage space/camping space when I need it but still allow me to use my fishing rod holder when I want

Clutch has been done along with shifter bushings. Drives a lot better. Guess I didn't realize how bad it was. Also removed the lower valence that was hanging. Also pulled the bedliner to check for rust. Only some surface rust that I'm going to take care of before rolling on herculiner. My bed has a few randomness screw holes from ladder racks and toolboxes that were sheet metal screwed down. Any tips for patching the holes? Hopefully I'll get the coolant and oil done this weekend. Also cleaned the maf and air intake temp sensor with electronics cleaner. Drove it to work to play with the new clutch and got a pic by he water

Coolant flushed just need to pick up another gallon to top it off. Pulled the grill to color match along with the headlight bezels if I can find the paint. Other wise might have to go black. Or just prime it and press forward with bodywork. Any tips on holes in the bed rails. Was planning in filling with body patch repair resin and sanding the entire rail flush and priming until I get the roll on bedliner kit

Well got the grill plastidipped out of boredom while cleaning out the garage. Also built a fishing rod rack with hooks for other gear. Still need to decide what to paint it with. Trying to come up with a quick throw together canopy or covering of sorts for a camping trip coming up. Any suggestions?

Love the progress, looks great! Grille looks much better as well.

Is the rod-rack for transport? Just thinking that driving down the trails you might be catching branches and vines etc.

(Cute kid too!)

Yep it's for transport . Right now it's screwed in using machine screws in existing holes from the rack the PO had on it. More then likely going going to swap that for two bolts with wing nuts so it's removable and I can move it to the end of the bed for shore fishing. He grill needs a few more coats. I could see some if the chrome showing through.might pull it and and the headlight bezels to either plastidip to match or spray them both with flat black and flat clear until I can find the reef blue in a rattlecan. I also want to add two lights one on each side of the rack for bed lights.

Got some work done this weekend. Roll on herculiner kit with some touch ups to the mirrors grill and headlight bezels. Also herculiner the grill setup out of boredom waiting on the coat to dry. So year pretty impressive stuff. I scuffed and laid some bondo. Then sprayed rust reformers on all bare metal and rust before laying the first herculiner coat

Yes. Just a good but of scrubbing the interior with dawn and a big brush. Still a hint but I'm pretty sure it's the seat which will be coming out so I can wash the cover.
